Operator and acceptance

CraveTwist is operated by Keith Parker, 2916 Grand Mission Way, Pflugerville, TX 78660, United States. These Terms are effective July 20, 2026. By accessing or using CraveTwist, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Contact keith@cravetwist.com or +1 512-367-2884 with questions.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 to use CraveTwist. If local law requires parent or guardian authorization because you have not reached the applicable age of digital consent, you may use CraveTwist only with that authorization. You must provide accurate account information where required and protect access to your device and account.

Acceptable use

Use CraveTwist only for lawful personal or authorized purposes. Do not attempt to access another person’s private content, probe share tokens, bypass controls, overload the service, reverse engineer protected systems, submit unlawful content, misuse the service for emergency or professional medical decisions, or use generated output to cause harm.

Generated content

CraveTwist uses generative models to help create recipes, directions, notes, images, and other content. Generated content is provided as-is and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review and verify it before relying on it.

• Styled and Expected images illustrate an intended result and are not evidence of what you actually cooked.
• CraveTwist may ask a bounded clarification, block a recipe, or decline a request when evidence or safety coverage is insufficient.

Nutrition, allergens, and safety

Nutrition facts, ingredient identities, allergen information, portions, substitutions, and cooking guidance are estimates based on user inputs, third-party data, deterministic checks, and generative models. They may be wrong. CraveTwist is a recipe tool, not a medical service, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

• CraveTwist does not promise that a recipe, product, kitchen, preparation surface, or substitution is free from an allergen or cross-contact.
• Check every current label, ingredient identity, substitution, preparation surface, safe internal temperature, storage method, equipment instruction, and personal suitability before cooking or eating.
• Do not use CraveTwist as your only allergy safeguard. Follow your established care plan and consult a qualified healthcare professional when you need medical or dietary guidance.

Optional sensitive preferences

You may save allergies, health-related cooking targets, religious food rules, and other preferences. CraveTwist uses them to exclude ingredients and flag potential concerns. A versioned acknowledgement is required when the first such preference is saved and may be withdrawn in the app. Withdrawal may limit personalization that depends on the preference.

Ownership and license

You retain rights in content you submit, subject to rights you already granted elsewhere. You give CraveTwist the limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license needed to host, process, transform, display, and transmit that content to provide the service and the sharing settings you choose. You are responsible for having permission to submit and publish source material.

Sharing, reports, and conduct

You choose whether to publish a version-pinned recipe link. An unlisted link is accessible to anyone who receives it; a public link may be discoverable. You must have the rights to publish submitted text and media and must not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, dangerous, abusive, or privacy-invasive content. CraveTwist may investigate reports, disable a link, preserve narrowly required evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple processes in-app purchases. A paid offer will show its verified price, billing period, renewal terms, included entitlement, restoration path, and links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Cancellation and refunds are managed under Apple’s applicable terms. Deleting a CraveTwist account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription; use Apple’s subscription-management controls.

Availability, changes, and termination

CraveTwist may change, suspend, or discontinue features, limit country availability, or block unsafe requests. You may stop using CraveTwist or delete your account. CraveTwist may limit or suspend access to protect users, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, comply with law, or address material security risk. Public links may be removed or moderated.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraveTwist is provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, nutritional accuracy, allergen status, or a particular cooking outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keith Parker and CraveTwist are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a consumer right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, contact keith@cravetwist.com so the parties can attempt an informal resolution.

Privacy and AI processing

Use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and in-product notices. Do not submit another person’s sensitive information or private media without authority. DeepSeek receives anonymous recipe specifications rather than account or profile identity; Google Sensitive Data Protection may transiently inspect bounded unrestricted text; MiMo and Cloudflare receive separately governed visual inputs.
